IMPACT Community Action Partnership

  • Description

IMPACT’s mission is to eliminate poverty through empowering vulnerable populations, building collaborations, and advocating for social change. They are committed to helping low-income families meet their basic needs, whether that is through programming they offer or through creating connections to other resources within our communities, IMPACT aims to address both the causes and conditions of poverty.

Donations to IMPACT directly impact the people in our community. Your donation may help a family with rent or house a person experiencing homelessness overnight, it could also help us restock their food pantry shelves, help buy fans and air conditioners for elderly or disabled families in the summertime, or prevent a utility disconnect for a family working and learning from home. Each donation stays within your community and directly helps your neighbors, coworkers, and friends in need.

  • $25 provides basic hygiene items like hand soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper to keep a family healthy and safe
  • $50 provides a month’s worth of diapers for a child
  • $100 keeps the lights on for a family in Polk County
  • $200 restocks IMPACT’s emergency food pantry shelves
